Billing Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your billing portal. Click 'Go to Billing Portal' above, then select 'Cancel Subscription'. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Will I be charged after canceling?

No. Once you cancel, you won't be charged again. You'll keep access until your current billing period ends.

How do I get a refund?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email support@prepry.com with your account email and we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

I don't recognize a charge from Prepry

Charges appear as 'PREPRY' or 'PREPRY.COM' on your statement. If you share a card with family members, they may have signed up. Contact us at support@prepry.com and we'll help identify the charge.

How do I use the Pass Guarantee?

If you completed 80% or more of your exam prep and didn't pass your registry exam, email us at support@prepry.com with your exam results. We'll extend your subscription free of charge.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

We don't currently offer a pause feature, but you can cancel and resubscribe later. Your progress is saved to your account.
