1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Prepry services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Prepry provides exam preparation materials for medical imaging professionals, including practice questions, mock exams, video lessons, and study tools for various registry examinations (ARDMS, ARRT, CCI, and others).
3. Account Registration
To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payments
Prepry offers subscription-based access to our services. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable subscription fees
- Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
- Provide valid payment information
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our Pass Guarantee policy.
5. Pass Guarantee
Prepry offers a Pass Guarantee for eligible subscribers. To qualify:
- You must complete at least 80% of the questions for your specific exam category
- You must take your official registry exam while your Prepry subscription is active
- If you do not pass, you must provide documentation of your exam results
If you meet these requirements and do not pass your exam, we will extend your subscription for 3 months at no additional charge. Contact support@prepry.com with your exam results to claim this benefit.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission
- Use automated systems to access our services
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Share exam questions or content outside the platform
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Prepry, including questions, explanations, videos, images, and software, is owned by Prepry or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimers
Prepry provides study materials to help you prepare for registry examinations. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. Our Pass Guarantee is subject to the terms described above.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prepry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
